Introduction
ALFA MECCANICA is a privately owned Company dedicated to fulfill Customer needs utilizing the most updated manufacturing processes in line with the continuous evolution of aerospace engineering and with quality requirements normally applied to critical parts in the aerospace field.
ALFA MECCANICA has currently 30 employees (including managers, white and bleu collars) and uses a recently built (2008) plant of about 10.000 square meters of which 5.200 are covered.
The History
ALFA MECCANICA was founded in 1975 by the current President. The activity of the Company has been focused since the beginning on high precision machining of parts designed for aerospace applications.
Initially (from 1975 through 1993) ALFA MECCANICA was located in Turin with a plant of only 300 square meters and a maximum of twelve of employees. In 1993, with the target of meeting the increasing Customers needs, ALFA MECCANICA moved to a new plant in Vinovo (in the outskirt of Turin) with about 1500 square meters and with a maximum of twenty seven employees. Since 2008 ALFA MECCANICA operates in the new location in Sommariva del Bosco (20 miles South of Turin) with 5.200 covered square meters and up to now with thirty employees.
